三、儒家的人文主義價值觀使得中國文明符合了新時代人類社會整合的需求。

 

四、在儒家和佛教思想中都存在合理主義思想，使得中國人在漫長的時代中有分寸地建立和堅守著自己的文明。

 

五、道家思想對宇宙和人類之間奧義的認識，以及對人類社會試圖主宰宇宙的不以為然。恰恰是中國的道家為人類文明提供了節制性與合理性發展觀的哲學基礎。

六、東方宗教和哲學思想中對於人與自然和諧的追求，以及反對針對自然和環境世界的統治和征伐欲望。

 

七、以日本為代表的東亞民族已經顯示了，亞洲人同樣可以在西方人領先的領域趕上和超越西方人，例如在經濟和技術領域日本人所顯示的卓越超越能力那樣（那時候在1970年代，中國崛起的序幕還遠遠沒有拉開）。
