聯合國I.A.E.國際學士院亞洲總部及全球產官學研教中心亞洲校長陳俊吉院士，12月15日頒發「企業經營管理博士學位及教授資格」證書給頂霖集團總裁暨救國團台北市團委會主任委員林健昌和國家展望文教基金會董事黃大米。
現任頂霖集團總裁、救國團台北市團委會主任委員的林健昌與國家展望文教基金會董事黃大米，雙雙榮獲聯合國（W.U.U）350年傳承I.A.E.國際學士院之全球產官學研教中心嚴格審議評鑑通過「企業經營管理博士學位及教授資格」，於12月15日在救國團劍潭活動中心舉行頒證典禮，由I.A.E國際學士院亞洲總部及全球產官學研教中心亞洲校長陳俊吉院士頒發證書，應邀出席參與盛會的貴賓相當踴躍，有前副總統呂秀蓮、救國團主任葛永光、前南投縣長彭百顯等近百名貴賓觀禮和祝賀，場面莊嚴隆重。林健昌同時獲榮聘為聯合國（W.U.U）I.A.E.國際學士院（全球產學研中心）世界和平學術論壇主席召集人。
I.A.E國際學士（研究）院（InternationalAcademy(Research)OfEducation）係聯合國認證具有諾貝爾獎推薦權利的國際學術單位，現任總裁為日本皇族伏見博明，國內外多位政經學界傑出知名人士曾獲頒證書。I.A.E國際學士院亞洲總部指出，林健昌因多項傑出成就且功績卓越而獲此殊榮，包括：
一、擁有數十項發明專利造福社會；
二、歷任中華民國體育運動總會常務理事、中華帕拉林匹克運動會常務理事，及多個單項協會理事長、理監事，出錢出力為國家栽培多位世界級金牌的舉重、拳擊與健美選手，屢創台灣運動史佳績；
三、創台北市生物技術商業同業公會提升生技產業；
四、實踐民主精神，力挺國內多項重大民主運動，包括曾任紅衫軍運動副執行長，護衛施明德等人身安全與抗爭秩序。2014年太陽花運動期間，發起體壇萬人把立法院牌匾重新掛上，以維國家體制。於救國團最艱難時刻，不計後果出任救國團台北市團委會主任委員，策畫號召10幾萬人於2022年10月舉辦「公義、自由、和平、救國」大遊行；五、戮力為兩岸和平奔走，1998年受邀到「釣魚台賓館」演講「中國夢˙台灣情」，所主張「兩岸一家親」備受肯定，且與呂秀蓮前副總統共推「投資和平，避免戰爭」的大和平運動。
此外，林健昌廣結善緣，結交衆多傑出人士，協助多位政治與商界人士韜光養晦東山再起，事母至孝，多年前經常幫母親洗腳，高堂活至103歲的事親至孝故事更是為人稱頌。
此次，同獲殊榮的國家展望文教基金會董事黃大米，則是一位「言功德容」兼具才情智慧的現代女性。出身媒體界，早年奉派海外，具國際觀與豐沛人脈，後因宗教信仰與慈善精神，投身慈善工作及「和諧、和平」的公益活動。
2018年，黃大米以客製化的真善美三合一高級碳鋼材質用品進行募款，所得用於傳愛到非洲，散播MIT的真善美。2018年至2021年，參加在韓國舉辦的第二屆東亞和平論壇、第三屆東亞和平論壇，擔任呂秀蓮隨行秘書，並赴日本拜訪政要，邀請日本舉辦下一屆的東亞和平論壇。2019年陪同呂秀蓮訪美宣揚台海和平理念，爭取各國支持。與華府的美國天主教大學合辦「永久和平、安全與正義的新典範」座談會，與來自歐美各國的學者專家共同探討東亞和平事宜，宣揚「台海和平」理念。
黃大米更配合救國團「人人做公益、時時做公益、處處做公益」精神，響應捐血、關懷弱勢、寒冬送暖等活動，經救國團號召，國內共有912個公益團體代表及各黨派立法委員共35名連署支持「全國公益日」，於2022年全國公益日活動中，正式宣布「全國公益日」成立。同時，支持救國團聚光計畫，5年來總計幫助3195位偏鄉弱勢孩童，在孩童心中播下善良和自助的種子。

Yellow Rice also cooperated with the National Salvation Corps' spirit of "everyone, always, and everywhere" to respond to activities such as donating blood, caring for the disadvantaged, and sending warmth in the cold winter.
